A 12-week journey back to yourself

The Awakening Circle is a supportive 12-week group experience where you'll slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful change from the inside out.

Through meditation, breathwork, nervous system regulation, mindfulness practices, and intentional reflection, you'll begin developing the awareness and tools needed to move through life with greater calm, clarity, and confidence.
