Through meditation and breathwork, I help you regulate your energy, quiet the mental noise, and reconnect with yourself—so you can move through your life with clarity, intention, and alignment.

In a world that constantly pulls your attention outward, it’s easy to lose connection with yourself.
This work is about helping you come back.

Work With Me

Hi, I'm Andrea

I guide women back to themselves—helping them slow down, reconnect, and rediscover what truly lights them up from within.

Through meditation, breathwork, and grounded spiritual psychology, I create space for you to quiet the noise of everyday life and begin living in alignment with who you truly are.

My path to this work didn’t come from a straight line…

I was born and raised in the Midwest, and I’m deeply grateful for the grounded foundation it gave me.

But during high school, my life shifted when my family moved to Asia—an experience that opened my eyes to a completely different way of living.

I was introduced to Eastern practices centered around slowing down, being present, and looking inward—something that felt both unfamiliar and deeply resonant.

Traveling throughout Southeast Asia, I found so much beauty not just in the places, but in the way people lived—with intention, connection, and a sense of calm that stayed with me.

That experience planted a seed—one that I wouldn’t fully return to until much later in life.

And yet, like so many of us, as an adult I found myself caught back up in the pace of everyday life—overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, and looking outside of myself for answers.

For the past few years, I’ve quietly been asking myself a question that felt both simple and deeply confronting:

“What do I want to be when I grow up?”

What started as a passing thought became a 2–3 year journey of rediscovery.

During Covid, I poured everything I had into helping my three kids navigate online school and the emotional ups and downs that came with it.

Like so many women, I found myself giving endlessly to my family—until one day I realized there was very little left for me.

And deep down, I knew something had to shift.

It wasn’t that anything was “wrong.”
But I felt it clearly:

I needed something that was mine. Something that filled me up. Something that made me feel alive.

Who This Is For:

This is for the woman who feels drained by the constant mental load of daily life—the endless to-do lists, responsibilities, and pressure to keep everything moving.

The woman who, if she’s honest, sometimes looks back on the Covid years with a sense of ease… when life felt simpler, schedules were lighter, and there was more time to just be.

It’s for the woman who feels like she’s been living on autopilot—moving through her days without the same sense of excitement, presence, or connection she once had.

The one who can feel her anxiety building as the notifications, messages, and constant noise of being connected all day long begin to take their toll.

I’ve been in your shoes—quietly wanting something different, even if I couldn’t fully explain what that was.

That’s why I created The Aruna Awakening Experience.

If any part of this resonates, I invite you to take the next step.

Let’s connect for a 15-minute call to see if this experience feels aligned for you.

Hi,

I'm Andrea

I'm so glad you are here.

In a world that constantly pulls our attention outward, we’ve slowly lost touch with our ability to truly hear ourselves.
Over time, the noise, the pace, and the constant stimulation create distance… pulling us further away from who we are.

Traveling throughout Southeast Asia, I found so much beauty not just in the places, but in the way people lived—with intention, connection, and a sense of calm that stayed with me.

And yet, like most of us, as an adult I still found myself caught in the pace of everyday life—overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, and looking outside of myself for answers.

I knew it wouldn’t come from a traditional path or a desk job.
What I was craving wasn’t just work—it was purpose.

So I started asking myself:
What could I read about for hours?
What would I naturally research, explore, and share with the people closest to me?
What truly lit me up?

Then, last summer, something unexpected happened.

A meditation and spiritual psychology certification program quite literally fell into my lap. There were two introductory Zoom sessions, and I remember thinking, why not just listen?

But what I experienced on those calls was something I can only describe as recognition.

It felt like someone had taken the thoughts I had been carrying quietly within me… and finally put them into words.

The integration of Eastern practices with Western psychology was a moment of clarity I didn’t even realize I had been searching for.

I turned to my husband and said,
“I’ve never felt this way about anything—I have to do this.”

And I did.

The first phase of the program required a 60-day meditation practice—something called a sadhana.
The idea was simple: begin each day in stillness, setting the tone before the world rushes in.

And I’ll be honest…

I was very much a “don’t talk to me until I’ve had two cups of coffee” kind of person.
This was not a natural shift.

But something started to change.

Around day 30, I noticed my mindset shifting from
“I have to do this”
to
“I get to do this.”

And then something even more profound happened.

Around days 40–45, my husband and I both started noticing a shift in our home.

With three teenagers, our house is typically full of emotion, energy, and—on some days—fireworks.
But things felt… different.

There was more ease.
More connection.
More patience.

We kept asking each other, “What is going on?”—because whatever it was, we wanted more of it.

And then it clicked.

The only thing that had changed… was me.

The way I was showing up.
The energy I was bringing into our home.
The way I was responding instead of reacting.

That realization changed everything.

It showed me that no matter your role, your season of life, or your circumstances—
you have the power to shift the energy you bring into the world.

And when you do that, everything around you begins to shift too.

During this journey, I came across a quote from Rabbi Yosef Eichenblatt that has stayed with me ever since:

“God put us on this earth to be a light to the world.”

That’s what this work is about.

I’m here to help you reconnect with your own light—
so you can feel grounded, aligned, and fully alive…
and then carry that energy into your life, your family, and the world around you.

Because when you shift, everything shifts.

If you’re feeling stuck, craving something more, or ready to reconnect with what truly lights you up from within, I’m here to walk alongside you.

I learned how to slow down.

How to quiet my mind.
And how to actually listen—to myself.

What I realized is that when we don’t know how to regulate our energy, we stay stuck in patterns—overthinking, reacting, searching outside ourselves.

But when you learn how to quiet your mind and reconnect with your breath, you begin to access a different way of living—one that feels grounded, aligned, and deeply your own.

This is the work I guide you through.
