Hi, I’m Andrea.
Meditation Teacher I Spiritual Psychology Coach I Founder of Aruna Awakening
I'm a certified meditation teacher and spiritual psychology coach who helps clients slow down, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with the version of themselves that feels grounded, present, and fully alive.
I have proudly called Zionsville, Indiana home for the past fifteen years, where my husband and I have been raising our three children, who are now teenagers. After having my first child, I chose to step away from my career as a recruiter to focus on raising our family. As they say, the days are long, but the years are short. Before I knew it, one day I looked up and realized I had become so consumed with caring for everyone else that I had slowly lost connection with myself. My mind was constantly racing, and although my life looked full from the outside, I felt disconnected from the joy, presence, and inner peace I longed for.
Through meditation, breathwork, and intentional daily practices, I discovered something simple but powerful: when we slow down, we create space to hear ourselves again. That realization changed the way I experience my life-and ultimately inspired the work I share today.
My approach blends Eastern practices and Western psychology to help clients quiet the mental noise, reconnect with themselves, and move through life with greater clarity, intention, and peace. This perspective was first shaped during my years living in Asia and continues to evolve through my own personal journey.
I don't believe transformation has to be dramatic to be life-changing. Often, the most meaningful shifts happen quietlyĀ - one breath, one moment of awareness, and one intentional choice at a time.
No matter your age, season of life, or current circumstances, you have the power to change the way you experience your life. I'm here to help you quiet the noise, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover the inner light that has been there all along - so you can move through life with greater peace, purpose, and joy.
We are meant to be a light in the world.
But in order to do that, we first have
to reconnect with ourselves.
